Chef Paul Buel, a French and Italian cuisine aficionado, specializes in cross-fusion dishes, or pairing two genres of tastes into one dish. To top it off, the presentation makes dinner almost too intricate to tear into.
"It's a nice place to come and not feel rushed" Elora said.
Our dress code is casual to dressy. Reservations are accepted, and recommended on Friday and Saturday evening.
